I've been making handmade children's furniture for over a decade - even before I had my girls. I love the idea of creating whimsical pieces of art that are functional, fun and sturdy.
I've been creating from an early age, which includes making my own personal line of clothing in my teens, to designing the display windows for Carson Pirie Scott in Chicago as well as visual merchandising for stores like Saks Fifth Avenue and Elements among others. I decided upon making children's furniture because it interests me on all levels. I get to design, make patterns, cut wood then assemble it all and finally paint it...bringing it to life. Best of all I get to make children - and their parents - happy.

I'm originally from Ohio but I now live and work in Sherman Oaks, California with my husband and two daughters.
